Lovey, dovey words don’t always come out as planned

Sorry I haven’t posted for a few days. Things don’t work out the way you want them to.
Take compliments for instance. What may seem like an innocent turn of phrase by a husband to his wife can often backfire. It doesn’t matter if he is shooting for a trip to the bedroom or just trying (emphasis on the try) to be nice in his own ignorant manner.
Sweet-talking should probably be thought out just a little before escaping the lips. Calling your sweetie “jiggle bottom” in an attempt to inspire a romantic mood does nothing more than reassure her that you really are a callous cad.
